NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St. Mary Parish Council will hold a Public Hearing at 5:45 p. m. and will meet in Regular Session at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 in the Parish Council Meeting Room, Fifth Floor Courthouse, Franklin, Louisiana.

The purpose of the Public Meeting will be to receive written comments by mail, fax, or email; and oral comments by telephone to adopt the following ordinances:

An Ordinance authorizing the President of St. Mary Parish to enter into a Drainage Servitude and Right-of-Way Agreement with Christopher G. Little and a Drainage Servitude and Right-of-Way Agreement with J.D. Towing, Inc. relative to Victoria Riverside Road.

An Ordinance in compliance with Ordinance No. 1973, Chapter 5 Procedures, Division 5.4 General Procedures for Public Hearing, Section 5.4.2 Rezonings (Zoning Map Amendments). (Mark Hebert)
